Propagating Native Plants


Forest and conservation nurseries are being asked topropagate an increasing variety of native plants fromnoncommercial trees, to woody shrubs, to wetlandplants (Figure 8a-c). This trend shows no signs ofdecreasing anytime soon, and I feel that native plantpropagation will be one of the defining issues of thenext decade.
