2008 Northwest Seed Orchard Manager's Association (NWSOMA) Meeting

Eugene, OR - July 9-10, 2008

The theme of this year's meeting is "Seed Orchard Management 101: Establishment to Production". It is an overview of all aspects of seed orchard management, and is intended to help people new to the field get up to speed. Experienced orchard managers will benefit from the exchange of ideas and discussion of alternatives. The agenda includes speakers on specific topics, followed by brief case studies presented by orchard managers, describing how they handle that aspect of orchard management. Tours of seed orchards on both days provide a chance to different approaches and network with other orchard managers.
